The Bird Park came into existence in 1986 to
create a haven for
birds and small mammals, from a green field, evolving to its
present size.

have tried to make it possible for you to meet as many of the species living here, in as

Bird Park
The park is set in the beautiful Kent countryside, and provides a
variety of purpose-built
environments which give friendly and secure
habitants for numbers of waterfowl, parrots,
owls, soft-bills, emus
and many more.
Orchard Aviary
This large walk-through aviary provides a serene and varied setting
which houses many
small birds, alongside a variety of furry
mammals.
Pet Village
A community created with children in mind, but mingling with our
tame residents will
surely delight everyone. |

Landscaped Lakes
Feeding the ducks is an irresistible source of pleasure at any age.
Serious students of
waterfowl behavior may wish to take advantage
of our observation shelter.
Exhibition Room
Iguanas and tropical birds can be found here enjoying the
appropriate micro-climate, along
with a sheltered picnic area.
Friendly Tea-Room
Our pleasant tea-room provides drinks and hot food. A delicious
